Scope

This policy describes the public informational website of Zyvron at zyvronholdings.com and correspondence sent to its published contact addresses. The restricted workspace linked through Sign in uses separate authentication and data-handling arrangements and is not covered by the public-site descriptions below.

02

Email inquiries

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide. We use correspondence and any personal information it contains to respond to inquiries, evaluate business introductions, manage related discussions, and address security reports where applicable. Please include only personal information necessary for your introduction and that you are authorized to provide. Our email provider processes and stores messages on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, account credentials, or confidential financial information.

03

Hosting and security

Our hosting and security providers process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Their services may retain operational and security logs.

04

Cookies and tracking

The public website uses no analytics or advertising tools and runs no scripts. Zyvron does not itself set cookies on these pages. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may set a security cookie to detect automated traffic and protect the website. Cloudflare states that this cookie does not track users across websites. The restricted workspace linked through Sign in uses authentication cookies and is outside this public-site description.

05

Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not respond differently to a browser Do Not Track signal. We do not allow third parties to use this website to collect information about your activity across other websites.

06

Sale and advertising

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We disclose information only to the service providers described above (email, hosting, and security) to operate this website and handle correspondence.

07

Privacy questions

You may contact info@zyvronholdings.com with privacy questions or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We will review requests subject to applicable requirements and legitimate retention needs.

08

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and handle related matters, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute or a security matter.

09

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post them on this page with an updated effective date.
